WHAT'S IMPROVED
• Rebuilt the supported setup-only installer candidate and deferred the unproven portable build.
• Strengthened first-run model setup, consent flow, and responsive recovery on constrained displays.
• Hardened the Electron renderer boundary and packaged-runtime behavior.
• Improved conversation continuity, selected-item context, task routing, and packaged model-state handling.
• Refreshed release artifacts and verified packaged UI/runtime parity.

RELEASE READINESS
The supported public artifact is the Windows setup installer. Signing and trusted timestamping are still required before public distribution. Portable distribution remains deferred.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS
• Quantization Studio and selected advanced tools remain experimental while progress, cancel, ETA, and resumability are hardened.
• Image and voice model layouts still need final packaged parity review.
• Screens, requirements, pricing, and included features may change before release.
